Privacy Policy

Effective July 22, 2026

This policy describes how Legacy Builders Alliance (“LBA,” “we,” “us”), a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Redding, California, handles information on this website, legacybuildersalliance.org.

What this site collects

This website is an informational site. It has no user accounts, and it does not set cookies or run analytics or advertising trackers. The one place it collects information is the member platform waiting list, described below.

Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this information to identify you.

The waiting list

Our member platform is in private beta. If you ask to be notified, the form on the Members page submits to our own server and we store what you give us: your email address, and optionally your name, profession, business, and any note you add. We also record your browser’s user agent and the country our host reports, to filter automated signups.

We use this only to contact you about access to the member platform. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a newsletter. It is stored in our hosting provider’s database and is readable only by LBA administrators.

Ask us to remove you at any time and we will delete your entry. Email info@legacybuildersalliance.org.

Third-party services

A few things on this site involve other companies, each governed by its own privacy policy:

  • Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a standard web request (including your IP address) to Google when the page loads.
  • Donations. Online donations are processed by a third-party donation platform. Any payment information you enter is collected by that processor, not by this website.
  • Email. If you contact us, your message is handled by our email provider. The contact form on the Contact page opens your own email client rather than submitting through the site.
  • Member links. Member and sponsor listings link to businesses we don’t operate. Their sites have their own policies.

The member platform

LBA’s member platform (where members manage referrals, meetups, and profiles) is a separate service with its own privacy policy, presented to members when they join.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the effective date above. Questions? Email info@legacybuildersalliance.org or call (530) 364-4667.
