Legacy Teams

More than just networking.

Teams are coming back, with more behind them

The weekly table worked. One seat per profession, real trust, and referrals that actually landed. What we kept hearing from good people who wanted in is that a Tuesday morning is not something everyone can hold. So we’re building a referral exchange that runs all week: look a member up by profession, send a referral with the client’s context attached, and post work you can’t take so someone else can. Teams come back with that behind them.

Get on the list and we’ll tell you when seats open.

What They Are

A weekly seat at a small, vetted table.

Each Legacy Team is a small group of professionals from non-competing industries who meet weekly in Redding. The point is referrals, but the reason it works is trust. Members send each other business, walk with each other through hard weeks, and stick around long enough to see each other’s work pay off.

We curate teams carefully. One person per industry. Aligned values. Long horizons.

How It Works

How a seat opens up.

01

Apply

Submit a short application. We curate teams to ensure industry diversity and shared values.

02

Connect

Meet weekly with your team. Build real relationships, exchange referrals, and learn from each other.

03

Stay

The teams that work are the teams that don’t turn over. We’re looking for members who plan to be here in three years.

Founding Teams

Founding seats go to the list first.

When teams return, we’ll fill them one industry at a time: one financial advisor, one realtor, one estate attorney, and so on, so no two members ever compete. Get on the waiting list and we’ll hold your profession’s place in line.

The Weekly Table

What a meeting looked like.

One member presents each week. Sometimes it is what they actually do all day, sometimes it is where they came from, and sometimes it is a topic none of us knew we needed. The referrals are the easy part. This is the part that earns them.

Visiting

Low stakes. Real people. Coffee.

When meetings return, visiting stays exactly this simple.

  1. Visiting is free. Come as many weeks as you’d like.
  2. Show up a few minutes early. Grab a coffee.
  3. Dress is business casual, but no one’s checking.
  4. The meeting runs 75 minutes. Stay after if you’d like to talk.
  5. You’ll get a chance to introduce yourself and share what you do.

One Seat Per Industry

No two members ever compete.

The List

One seat per industry. The list hears first.
